Personal training is for everyone, from youth to senior, first timers to the more experienced. At fitness-lab we can offer help and first class advice towards your personal goals. fitness-lab was opened in November 2009 and has four experienced Personal Trainers ready to help you to achieve your goal.
You can choose to train with one of our personal trainers on a one 2 one basis, with a friend or in a small group.

Neale Legge Dip P.T.S.T.
From a young age Neale has always enjoyed fitness and after having served 15 years in the British Army he left to pursue a career in Personal Training. After obtaining his Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Therapy, he worked in an exclusive personal training studio in Essex, learning valuable fitness techniques before moving back to Poole. Prior to opening fitness-lab in November 2009, Neale worked at Fitness First and Esporta helping members achieve their goals with fantastic results. Neale regularly competes in different events ranging from 10k runs to the London Marathon. He has completed UK Ironman, enjoys triathlons & various adventure races.
Neale is very passionate about fitness and works hard with his clients, motivating them to achieve their goals.

Rikki Walden Dip P.T.S.T
Rikki has been working in the sport and fitness industry for over 10 years, spending 8 years as a personal trainer and 2 years previous to that as a community coach for Southampton F.C.
As a competitive Footballer playing in the Dorset Premier League, sports specific training is an area of huge interest to Rikki and he specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss and knows the 'secrets' to a flatter tummy.
Being a good listener, Rikki likes to work with his clients by drawing upon his wide-ranging experience where he has taught several different types of fitness classes, and he also likes to use a variety of different methods to keep workouts challenging, enjoyable and effective.
